Ashford Ladies’ win over London Kent Football United Ladies on Sunday has seen them safely through all the qualifying rounds to the 1st Round Proper of the Women’s FA Cup and they have been rewarded with another home draw, this time against Milton Keynes Dons Ladies, (NOT AFC Wimbledon Ladies) who currently compete in the FA Women's Premier League, South East, Division One.  At the time of writing they sit in 4th position in their League.

If the writer has worked this out properly, MK Dons Ladies play at Step 4 in the Women’s Pyramid (behind the two divisions of the Women’s Super League and the Premier Division of the Women’s Premier League) whilst our Ladies play at Step 8, in Division One of the Greater London Women’s League.

Translated, that means it will be a huge match for our girls, probably the biggest the fledgling Ashford Ladies FC have ever played, and they deserve a big crowd on Sunday 12 November, kick-off 2.00 p.m.
