Congratulations to Ben Murray and the team.  As you can see from the extract below from the League Web Site, we have won the "Team of the Month" award for September, both for our run of league wins and our exploits in the FA Cup.

Hereford, Ashford Town (Middx) and Swindon Supermarine have scooped the EVO-STIK League South’s Club of the Month accolades for September.

The trio were named on Wednesday as September’s winners of the monthly competition to recognise and reward the top performers among the 68 clubs playing in the EVO-STIK League South’s three divisions. Like all EVO-STIK League South performance kings, the trio are now looking forward to being presented with cut glass trophies.

Under the guidance of manager Peter Beadle, Hereford collected 12 points from 12 on offer with four wins along with reaching the Fourth Qualifying Round of the Emirates FA Cup.

Ashford Town (Middx) led the way in the EVO-STIK League South, East to collect the second award of the season 9 points from a possible 9, with the best average points per game. Ashford Town (Middx) also reached the Third Round Qualifying stages of the Emirates FA Cup

In EVO-STIK League South, West Swindon Supermarine and manager Dave Webb recorded three wins out of three conceding zero goals and narrowly beaten by League rivals Paulton Rovers in the Emirates FA Cup.

This is our first ever such award under the auspices of the Evostick League, the last time this happened being when we were in the Ryman League, Prem and won our first six matches under Mark Butler.
